Vacation Rental Description
The Lilikoi Inn is situated on three unspoiled acres of lush Kona Coffee Country on the west side of Hawaii's 'Big Island'. All of our rooms come complete with a private bathroom, wireless Internet access, cable television, relaxing decor, a private entrance and a full breakfast. Each room also comes with access to our relaxing hot tub, a convenient laundry area, as well as our newly remodeled gourmet guest kitchen. We serve all meals on our beautiful lanai (Hawaiian covered porch), which has expansive views of the world-famous Kona Coast. Additionally, the property has an abundance of lilikoi (the Hawaiian word for passion fruit), which guests are welcome to pick!
THE LILIKOI ROOM - $165/night
The Lilikoi Room has our most spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. Complete with a queen-sized sleigh bed, private bathroom with bathtub, cable television, wireless Internet access, DVD player and a private entrance this room is sure to meet all of your leisure needs. It also features a futon for kids who might come along.
THE TORCH GINGER ROOM - $125/night
The Torch Ginger room has a luxurious day bed, which can be arranged as two twin beds or one full bed, which ever is more suitable to your needs. It also has beautiful views of the surrounding trees and tropical garden with an ocean view waiting for you as you step out on to the lanai. Like all of our rooms, it comes with a private bathroom, cable television, wireless Internet a DVD player and a private entrance.
THE GREEN PAPAYA - $145/night each
This guest room is both spacious and serene. It has french doors which open up to a garden pathway leading to our exotic banana tree grove.There are also sliding glass doors which open up to our beautiful lower lanai (Hawaiian Covered Porch) putting you in the perfect spot for views of our coffee trees and the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, the room is furnished with a luxurious queen-size sleigh bed, desk,private bathroom with spectacular shower, cable television, wireless Internet and private entrances to both a cozy lounge area as well as to the outside.
BATHROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
All of our rooms have private bathrooms with luxurious granite counters, some are full baths, and some have spacious showers. There are many common areas that guests may use to relax, read and plan their island adventures. The main living room has comfy chairs and couches, a baby grand piano and French doors out to the lanai. The lounge is found between the Plumeria and Green Papaya Rooms and also has comfy chairs and couches as well as doors that open out to a garden patio. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that can be used by guests for preparation of meals and snacks. Finally, our main lanai, overlooking our coffee grove, is a large Hawaiian covered porch, which extends out from the house towards the ocean for our most amazing views!

- Travel Info: From the Kona International airport, go south on 19 towards Kailua-Kona, Turn left before town at Hina Lani. Go up the hill to the very end, make a right turn and go about 100 yards until you see the sign for Holualoa and make a left turn. This is now Mamalahoa Highway or route 180.
You will be driving on Mamalahoa Highway for about 10 minutes and the mile markers will be counting down. Pass the mile marker 7 and a small general store (The Komo Store) on the right hand side. Just past the store is a large Silver Oak Tree and opposite that tree, on the left, is our road and sign. If you see the street “Keopu Mauka” or mile marker 6 then you have gone too far. Once you turn left on to our road (It is one lane, so please go slowly) you will go up the hill and pass two houses. We are the third house on the left. E Komo Mai – Welcome!
