Subject to HI St Tax of 11.4%, cleaning fee of $110, a $200 sec/damage deposit is required in order to secure dates. This $200 sec/damage amount is refunded, if applicable, a few days after checkout. Paypal (3% added for use) and personal check accepted in US dollars. Low season: $130/ day (April 1 to Sept.30) $800/ week $3200/ mo. High season: $140/ day (Oct 1 to March 31) $900/ week $3400/ mo. Payment in full due 60/days in advance of stay. Cancellation fee 50% if cacelled within 30/days and 100% within 15 days of stay.
