This condominium is a wonderful two bedroom, two bath vacation escape on the Big Island of Hawaii. Many recently upgraded features including: inside and outside tile, beds and furniture, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, pictures, and nearby plantings. We just added new extra height toilets (approximately 17"); a portable bath railing; and DSL WiFi secure wireless - just login with your laptop.
Lately, we have been enjoying homemade chocolate chip cookies and healthy wheat bread made in the bread maker.
This large (1200 square feet) one-story rental comes with golf course, ocean and coastal views. This complex is located on the 9th fairway of our very own 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Gorgeous sunsets and cool breezes will likely be regular features of your stay.
We are located just a few miles from some of the finest beaches on the island. This includes the award winning Hapuna Beach. Turtles can be found frolicking in the water at many nearby beaches. We are walking distance from the Waikoloa Highlands Shopping Center where you can find restaurants, the best equipped grocery store in this area, ATM, video rentals, bank, post office, medical facilities, pharmacy, and several shops.
One block away is the Waikoloa Community Center -- where we take Ukulele classes on Wednesdays at 2PM.
Whether you're looking for a super golf vacation (there are six more golf courses within 15 minutes), a romantic getaway, or a family-friendly, activity-filled celebration, we've got what you want. Our home away from home offers comfort, convenience, and luxurious quality at an affordable price.
For diving, snorkeling or more active pursuits, don’t hesitate to ask for quality guidance in planning your stay. The owners are both Padi divemasters and kayakers. We chose this location due to its easy access to heaps of great outdoor activities. Yes, you can wash your gear. In case you are wondering, we highly recommend taking a Manta Ray dive or snorkel experience.
Another once-in-a-lifetime experience is to visit the active volcano on the other side of the island. It may be a bit of a drive, but you will talk about the experience for years to come.

This deluxe condo sleeps four but it's also great for just one couple.
D105 is a bottom floor unit in the premier condominium complex in Waikoloa Village. The master bedroom features dramatic vaulted ceilings with no upstairs neighbor. Although the lanai is not a keyed entry, it is possible to enter the unit without even using the few stairs that lead down to the front door. You can do this by crossing the lawn to the lanai. The two lanais have views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean along the Kona coast. One of the complex's pools is located just short walk down from our unit.
This unit is fully furnished, with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is local phone, cable TV, DVD, stereo, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils washer & dryer, two complex hot tubs, two complex pools, gas grill, and outdoor BBQ. There is no Smoking except on lanai or lawn. Although we love our pets on the mainland, unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this complex.
There are many Activities and Attractions:
Golf, Snorkeling & Diving, Tennis, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Live Music, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Sun Tanning, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Hiking, and more ........ We take Free Ukulele Lessons at the nearby King's Shops!

* Almost all units in our complex have stairs. This unit is accessible without stairs if you enter by the lanai by crossing over the lawn area. We have 17" toilets and a portable bathtub railing. Kitchen * Full Kitchen: New appliances include refrigerator, and stove. Yes, there is an automatic ice maker, and a blender. * Cooking Utensils Provided * Refrigerator * Dishwasher * Microwave * Ice Maker Outdoor Features * Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (4): There are two grills at each pool. * Deck/Patio (2): Two large lanais. One is usually used for eating, the other just lounging. * Lanai (2): As stated in the "deck" section, there are two large lanais. In Hawaii a deck is called a "lanai." * Gazebo: The shady areas are at the pools. View/Location * Ocean View: The blue area you see in the picture is the ocean. * Golf Course Front: We are on the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa golf course.
Activities
The Big Island has all of what you find in Hawaii. The volcano is a big deal. You should see lava at least once in your life! There are rough trails and developed animal encounters. It all depends on how you like your nature. We spend months there at a time and do not have the chance to do it all.
