Vacation Rental Description
The unit has recently been completely remodeled and has many upgraded features not found in most of the other units. But best of all it is located on the sunny West side (rain is a rare event here) of the Big Island. The beautiful Waikoloa Villas are right on the golf course. This ground floor unit is one of the nicest in the complex. Tastefully furnished, it has a lanai off the master bedroom as well as the living room and both have gorgeous views. For those evenings at home there is a brand new 42' LCD HDTV in the living room. A smaller TV is in the Master bedroom. Every attempt has been made to make your visit hassle free. Parking is just a few steps away from your front door. A full size washer and dryer means you can bring fewer things and dry those beach clothes quickly. Beach and pool equipment, basic spices and seasonings are here. A full kitchen with dishwashers, refrigerator and freezer and stove with oven. You can prepare your own meals, grab a hamburger or sandwich at a local fast food establishment or eat at the many world class restaurants in the area. The very best beaches are on this part of the island and provide the some of the best swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving you will find anywhere. It is easy to find a secluded spot for just yourself and enjoy privacy while you sun and swim. The units central location on the island allows you to easily drive to the volcanos and other attractions and return within a day. Note: While we do not accept credit cards we do accept PayPal.

    • Everything Hawaii has to offer is on the Big Island, all within a days drive. The volcano is active and lava is flowing and it's less than two hours away. Where else can you drive thru a volcano? Water falls, lush valleys for hiking, secluded beaches, cattle ranches, helicopter rides, horse rides, mule rides, world class restaurants, it's all here on the Big Island. Wonderful snorkeling and scuba diving right off shore. And yes, it is true. You can ski in the morning and swim in the afternoon during the winter when our mountain tops are covered in snow. But you must bring your own skiis. You can drive to the top and climb to the top of the 13,000 feet plus mountains. Bring a jacket, even in the summer for this trip.

    All prices include taxes and cleaning fees. Call or email for rates which extend beyond a minimum rental period. We offer reduced rates for rentals of more than two weeks and again for more than one month (28 nights). Monthly rates correspond to the dates on the left and are $3,000, $4,400 and $4,000 for each 28 day period. For the period of Dec 14 - Jan 10 a minimum stay of 7 days is required. All other reservations require a minimum of 5 days. A $350 refundable damage deposit is required to hold the reservation. The full rental payment is due 45 days before arrival. If no damage is incurred the full damage deposit will be returned within three weeks. PayPay is the preferred method of payment. There will be a small additional fee for this and for any check in a foreign currency.
