This 2,500 sq. ft. villa features beautiful tropical decor, 2 outdoor water fountains, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The main living is spacious and open. The full walled outside sliding glass doors retract into the walls to invite the outdoor living into the indoor living. There are 2 world class golf courses minutes away from the front door!!
The outdoor kitchen and lanai has a private garden setting. We have a spacious full granite kitchen, with Sub Zero frig, Dacor stove and oven, and 2 dishwashers (drawer style). There is every imaginable gadget in the kitchen to make the most gourmet meals. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas seat 8.
The master bedroom has a private lanai and King Sized 4 poster canopy bed, a huge master luxurious bath with shower, tub and private toilet, as well as a private dressing room.
One of the guest bedrooms has 2 queen beds and elegant tropical furnishings, with a tiled bathroom and shower. The third guest bedroom is downstairs, beautifully decorated, with a private tile bath and shower.

The Mauna Lani Village Amenity Center has it's own fitness center, tennis courts, a fresh water free form & lap pool, hot tub, as well as a clubhouse pavilion with a wet bar and catering kitchen. This is steps away from the Villa. The private owners beach has colorful reefs in crystal clear water with some of the best snorkeling on the island.
There are 2 championship golf courses at the Mauna lani along with other courses in the area, minutes from the house. There is a nature walk, through lava fields and beautiful ancient fish ponds, on a scenic walk to the beach. There is a full moon festival at the beach house on each full moon, with hawaiian folklore and music (no charge) The Hapuna public beach has some of the best boogie boarding in the islands, a 5 minute drive. Within walking distance of the house is a fabulous shopping center with a fully stocked grocery store, Ruth Chris' Steak House, Tommy Bahamas, and much more.
