This is one of the most beautiful relaxing vacation rentals in Hawaii. It's located on the south shore of the big island of Hawaii, half way between the towns of Kailua-Kona & Hilo. This location is a ideal starting point to explore the island. We are located in the real Hawaii, wide open spaces and beautiful a coastline. The condo is completely stocked with everything you need for your vacation. There are 2 small towns close by for shopping & restaurants and the Volcanoes National Park is a 30 minute drive to the north east.  
Here you can play golf or tennis, relax by the pool & spa & take in the amazing ocean to mountain views, or take a short walk down to the world famous Black Sand Beach. You won't believe your eye's. The Black Sand Beach is also a santuary for the Green Sea Turtle, and their always there for you to see.  
The south shore of the big island, like the south shore of all the islands, offers the best year round weather with average daytime highs of 80 degrees and nightime lows in the mid 60's. If your looking for a beautiful relaxing place far from the tourist crowds, you have just found it!

The resort is surrounded by a beautiful 18 hole golf course the you can play for just $30.00 (USD) when you stay there. If you like tennis, ther are 4 free tennis courts on site for you to use. You can also enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, Hilocopter rides, touring, loafing, and the Volcanoes National Park.

A PEACEFUL, RELAXING SPOT next to one of our famous black sand beaches, Colony One Sea Mountain Resort at Punaluu is a central location to see both sides of the Big Island. From your 1-bedroom condo you can take a quick stroll to the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, famous for its hawksbill sea turtles (honu) population, play a round of golf at Sea Mountains par-72 golf course, or swim in the pool on a bluff overlooking the ocean.

SEA MOUNTAIN IS LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT OF KAU, a lightly populated area at the south end of the Big Island. The unspoiled coastline in this area has remained mostly untouched by large developments, making it truly a slice of old Hawaii. You are just a 30-minute drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park -- the islands number one visitor attraction with the Kilauea volcano that has been flowing continuously for over 20 years -- and the wonderful arts and dining of Volcano Village. The charming towns of Naalehu and Pahala, with shopping and informal dining, are just a short drive.

Rates do not include Hawaii tax, or the 1 time $60.00 cleaning fee that goes to our maid to clean, do linens etc. when you check out. We ask for a $100.00 deposit to book & hold your dates & the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We ask for a 2 night minimum stay.
