Welcome to the Big Island! Come stay at our Spacious New Custom Built 3 bedroom Home located in a small town called Ocean View Ranchos. It is approximately half way between Kona and Hilo. Waiting for you is a unique experience with adventer in mind. This spot has a Panoramic Views of the Ocean featuring South Point Coastline and offers fabulous Sunrises and Sunsets. There are no neighbors close by just sky meeting the ocean. Watch the Whales migrate in February through March from the Lanai. At night it is a star studded affair, with no street lights or city lights, you can observe the Galaxy in all its Glory. Sit in the Hot Tub and enjoy the work of the All Mighty and the glorious night sky! We worked hard on making sure our home was as comfortable as possible for Guests. Please come stay and enjoy!

The 9 ft Vaulted Ceiling has two (2) Ceiling Fans with lights - King Size pillow top bed - Two Large Night Stands with three (3) drawers - Closet with plenty of hanging - A big flat screen TV with DVD player - Surround Sound System, two sides of the room are glass sliders for ocean and night sky viewing.

GUEST BEDROOMS INCLUDE
King Size beds - Two night stands - TV and DVD player and roomy closets for storage and hanging.

MASTER BATH & GUEST BATH
Are large and designed with beautiful Rainforest Stone counter tops and Travertine floors as well as a large walk in Shower - plenty of electrical outlets with custom cabinets for storage - Also towels for bath and the beach.


KITCHEN
Wonderfully crafted custom built Mahogany cabinets with all the bells and whistles. There is an Island for making your favorite dishes and a rap around granite counter top to blend up your favorite island tropical drinks. All dishes and utensils you need to have great meals. With modern GE Stainless Steel Profile appliances that include stove, microwave, quite dish washer and refrigerator.


LIVING ROOM
The living room is designed for comfort to enjoy on a cozy coach with loves eat - to relax - after a long day of hiking at the Volcano National Park or snorkeling at Hookena Beach Park (our favorites) - Watching TV from the CAB/SAT station guide or your favorite DVD movie rented from the Local “Movie Gallery” rental movie store. Listen to your I-Pod Music with the surround sound Boise system. You can also tune into the SIRIUS Satellite radio for a variety of music or sports to enjoy inside or outside on the lanai Read your favorite book in our comfortable recliner w/ottoman or just gaze at the fabulous view.

Has Bar height table and chairs that seat six (6) as well as four (4) bar stools that sit at the Breakfast Bar.
