    Minimum 2 night stay. $250 reservation fee, of which $150 converts to security deposit and $100 is applied to rent. 50% of rent due at reservation or 30 days before arrival. 100% rent due same number of days in advance as reservation period; example: for 1 week reservation, rent is due 1 week in advance of arrival. $30 pet fee. $60 cleaning fee. Cancellation fee: 50% within 30 days of arrival, 70% within 14 days, 80% within 7 days. Will refund any cancellation if owner is able to re-rent the days. Minimum $100 cancellation fee. Payments accepted: 30 days prior to arrival payment by cash, check on U.S. bank, money order or Paypal. Less than 30 days prior, payment by cash, PayPal or U.S. Postal money order. Contact owner for possible long-term or last-minute discounts
