Cabin Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $110
High Season Price : $125 per Day
Minimum 2 night stay. $250 reservation fee, of which $150 converts to security deposit and $100 is applied to rent. 50% of rent due at reservation or 30 days before arrival. 100% rent due same number of days in advance as reservation period; example: for 1 week reservation, rent is due 1 week in advance of arrival. $30 pet fee. $60 cleaning fee. Cancellation fee: 50% within 30 days of arrival, 70% within 14 days, 80% within 7 days. Will refund any cancellation if owner is able to re-rent the days. Minimum $100 cancellation fee.

Payments accepted: 30 days prior to arrival payment by cash, check on U.S. bank, money order or Paypal. Less than 30 days prior, payment by cash, PayPal or U.S. Postal money order.
