Our home is NOT a log cabin perched on the side of a mountain with dirt road access. We offer a comfortable home from home with every amenity and easy access, in an idyllic location surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Chatahoochee National Forest.

We offer PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION at no additional charge, subject to restrictions and pre-approval of your pet(s). Please ask for details. Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.

Hightower House is in a quiet wooded location on the select community of Hightower Heights, set in an acre of gently sloping wooded garden, at an altitude of just over 2000 ft. It sits right on the edge of the Chattahoochee National Forest and only a few minutes from the 155-mile shoreline of Lake Chatuge.

Hightower House will comfortably accommodate six guests in 2600 square feet of spacious air-conditioned luxury on three levels. There are three bedrooms, one on each level, each with its own en-suite facilities. Two separate living areas (one equipped as a games room), a fully equipped large gourmet kitchen, a relaxing dining area and a full laundry room make this the perfect base for a great family vacation. The large wrap-around porch with rocking chairs is the ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Low Season Price : $135 High Season Price : $135 per Day
Our year-round rate for 2008 is $945 per week. Shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) at $135 per night. There is no additional cleaning charge for for four nights or more, but $50 extra is charged for three night bookings. These rates are for up to six guests, and are fully inclusive except for 12% State taxes. Please email us for availability and a rate quote for your stay. A security deposit of $250 is required to confirm a booking. This will be refunded at the end of the rental subject to satisfactory management report. The rental payment is due in full 6 weeks before the start date. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge up to six weeks before the rental date, but after this date the security deposit will be forfeit. The full rental charge will be forfeit for cancellations within one week of arrival, so guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unavoidable cancellation.
