Conroy Cottage was originally built in 1986 with the loft as the bedroom and a great room. In the mid 1990's two bedrooms were added, and in 2007 the deck and other renovations were added by the current owners. Conroy Cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a loft. It has one bathroom which was totally renovated in July, 2007. Conveniently located just north of Blue Ridge, GA in McCaysville, Conroy Cottage is within walking distance of the Toccoa River and only about 20 minutes from the "Put In" for rafting and kayaking on the Ocoee River, site of the 2006 Olympic Whitewater and Kayaking events. Located in Fannin County, which boasts over 300 miles of hiking trails, and the start of the Appalachian Trail, as well as part of the Benotn Mackaye trail.

    • Located in Fannin County with 300 miles of hiking trails (and the starting point of the Appalachian Trail). 15 minute walk to the Toccoa River which becomes the Ocoee River in Tennessee (10 minutes drive north of Conroy Cottage. The Ocoee was th site of the 1996 Olympic Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking competition. 3 nearby golf courses.

    Rates: Are for up to 4 guests and are per week. Additonal guests or pets are $60 per guest or pet Rates do not include the non refundable $75 cleaning fee or the $200 Security/Damage Deposit, which is due within 5 days of making a reservation. Please note - this is a true Security/Damage Deposit and will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of your stay provided there are no damages to the property, no theft, no policy violations and the cottage is left in good, reasonably clean condition (extra cleaning beyond the normal will be deducted from the security deposit). Final payment due no later than 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellations: Must be provided in writing. Cancellation Fees: 30 or more days notice - $50.00 cancellation fee. 30 to 14 days notice - $125.00 cancellation fee. 14 to 7 days notice - $125.00 cancellation fee. 7 days or less - ALL MONEY FORFEITED
