Tuckaway Ridge is a luxury cabin boasting over 2700 square feet under central air and heat. Built in 2006, this custom-built "prow-front" cabin is located on 1.63 acres of land and will accommodate up to 13 guests. This is truly a wonderful place for you and your family to enjoy memories that will last a lifetime! Located less than 90 minutes from Atlanta, GA, this cabin rental has great year round mountain views and many unique features such as numerous outdoor covered sitting areas, including a covered porch outside each of the three main bedrooms. Two of bedrooms have king size beds, with the third having a full size bed, and the fourth is a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Without a doubt, of the many gathering spots at Tuckaway Ridge, the ones that truly stand out are the screened-in, outdoor covered patio, (with outdoor fireplace and a ceiling fan), game room (with darts, ping pong, and pool table), 10 foot wide decks, and the hot tub under the stars.

				Low Season Price:	$195 per Day
				High Season Price:	$225 per Day

Rates: Are for up to 4 guests and are per night. Additonal guests are $10 per guest per night low season. Weekly Rates are $1095 low, $1295 peak plus $60 for each additional guest. Rates do not include the non refundable $125 cleaning and hot tub maintenance fee or the $250 Security/Damage Deposit, which is due within 5 days of making a reservation. Please note - this is a true Security/Damage Deposit and will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of your stay provided there are no damages,theft, or policy violations and the cabin is left in clean condition. Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellations: Must be provided in writing. Cancellation Fees: 30 or more days notice - $50.00 cancellation fee. 30 to 14 days notice - $125.00 cancellation fee. 14 to 7 days notice - $125.00 cancellation fee. 7 days or less - ALL MONEY FORFEITED
