The Bench & Bar at Lake Blue Ridge is idea as a family or group retreat. With bedrooms on all three levels, there is ample space for everyone and still have plenty of space. Located between the shores of Lake Blue Ridge and National Forest Service, the cabin offers ample privacy and yet it is conveniently located off a paved road.

The main levels features an eat in kitchen which has service for 12. There is a high top dining table which is excellent for a game of cards as well as dinner. The kitchen is complete with toaster and coffee maker.

The main floor living room features a gas stone fireplace and opens onto the screened deck with has a gas grill. Also located on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. The sun room can be accessed via the bedroom or the deck. Enjoy the old fashion glider or over sized rockers with your morning coffee.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom features a king bed while the second has a queen bed.

Downstairs you will find the game room, complete with a full sized billards table, TV, and futon. On this level is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Also on this level is another full bath and two bedrooms that each has two twin beds. Off of this level is a patio with a hot tub and an outside shower.

In the summer a short walk has you at our dock. Enjoy swimming or fishing. You can launch your boat at one of the public ramps on Lake Blue Ridge and tie up at the dock for the length of your stay.

There is ample parking for six to eight cars, as well as a boat trailer.

The cabin has central heating and air, which means that you are warm and toasty on Fall nights. There is also a tin roof which is delightful in a rain storm.

The cabin is seasonally decorated. There are ample throws for you to curl up and enjoy a good book or watch your favorite football team via satelitte.

If you enjoy mountain biking or hiking, the Bench and Bar at Lake Blue Ridge is idea for you. Simply walk out the door and you are steps away from the international known "Aska Adventure Race" mountain bike trails. The National Forest Service roads are idea for a walk.

Less than five miles away is the TripAdvisor's Top Trip town of Blue Ridge -- stroll down main street and enjoy one of the numerous shops, ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, visit The Blue Ridge Mountain Arts gallery in the historic Fannin County Courthouse. Excellent community theater and concerts abound as do weekend festivals.

If you prefer a little more action in your activities -- take a trip down the Occoee River on one of the east coast's best white water rapid rivers. If you enjoy motorcycling -- try the "Dragon's Tail" on the way to Suches!

Step Back In Time and enjoy first run movies at the price of the 1970s at the Blue Ridge Twin Cinema or go way back to the 1950s and enjoy first run movies at one of the only true "Drive In" theaters remaining in the south.

Fall weekends are $500.00 TOTAL, including taxes and cleaning. We offer Thursday night at no additional charge and a late Sunday afternoon check out. Additional Fall nights are 75.00 per night. Thanksgiving, Christmas and News Year are 1200.00 total for four nights. Again we offer late checkout at no additional charge for Thanksgiving and New Years. Christmas late check out is available if another guest is not arriving that night. January - March rentals are $350.00 total per weekend. April -May rentals are $400.00 total per weekend. Summer rentals are $500.00 per weekend. Additional summer nights are $125.00 All rentals have a $250.00 refundable security deposit. All rentals are non smoking and we cannot accept pets
