This 2,800 sq. ft. Luxury mountain home has year round mountain views, close to hiking, fishing, swimming, tennis, golf, racquetball, fitness center, play ground and grocery store. Originally purchased as a private home in 2004, is now being offered for rent with designer custom furnishings, large picture windows, large screened porch with wood burning fireplace and outside dining for 8. Deck Seating with your choice of gas or charcoal grills. Kitchen is stocked including: Dishwasher, Trash compactor, stainless cookware, bakeware, spices, glassware, trashbags, stove/oven, large refrigerator/ freezer/ icemaker, and washer/dryer. Main dining area seats 8 with Master on Main. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom/sitting area + bathroom, room with two single beds, plus a single window bed. Bottom floor bunkroom (4), & Queen Room, plus bathroom. Theater Room has pit group that can sleep (2). DVD Video Library, Dish Network Top 200, HBO, Board Game Table, books. Big Canoe Resort is a privately gated community in the North Georgia Mountains, only 1 hour North of Atlanta. Seven mountain peaks nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountain District make up its area, offering peace and tranquility to all that live and visit here. All amenities are available inside the gates including gas. Outside include: wineries, the Appalachian trail, outlet mall shopping, and small town crafts are 10-20 minutes away. Best known for its hiking, fishing, tennis, swimming, pontoon boating, and of course canoeing, Big Canoe's 3 lakes and 27 holes of championship golf all in a 6,400 acre setting exceeding 3,000 vertical elevation. (2) Kids pools, sandy beach w/ volleyball, paddle boating, and a rock slide are close by. Up to 4 weddings at a time can be catered in its non-denominational chapel, various venues, and new clubhouse was completed in July 2008. Live Concerts and other entertainment events are offered during the year.

A DVD/VCR Movie Collection is provided for viewing with both children and older themes, including New Releases. The game table is a professional 6N1 table, which includes Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers and Yatzhee board games. Additional collection of Board games, jigsaw puzzles, and paperback books also available.

Fireplaces at Mountain Vista: (2) Wood burning fireplaces provide the ambiance you come to expect from this type of home, one located in Den, and the other out on the patio. Firewood and starter bricks are provided for use in both fireplaces.
