Hi and Hello! 
 
Beach Bungalow is a Lovely three bedroom, two and 1/2 bath, home with Bath Tub Jacuzzi, Full size bar with Pool table, Foos ball, Ping Pong Table and Darts, Poker Table and Cable TV with a movie library. Wifi and Karoke! 
 
We are an affordable fun home on Tybee. We are NOT Beach Front. Tybee is all of 3 miles long and that is stretching it. You can go to any part of the Tybee within 5-7 minutes. We have biked/roller bladed/and scooterd all over town and walk it when our son allows us. 
 
After you have beached it or toured Savannah, coming back to our home will make you appreciate our extras. When we went on vacation, we came home after the outdoor time and had nothing to do. That is why we added so many extras, besides the Flat Screen TV's. 
 
You can try playing Pool, or Foos Ball, or Ping Pong or Darts. How about cards or board games? We have lots of games and DVD and VHS movies.

Cast your cares away in this great home, located on Tybee's north beach, a nice walk or ride to the North beach.

Nicely decorated and wonderfully appointed furnishings. 
 
Fully equipped kitchen, with top to the line appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and much more. 
 
Two large decks. One Upper One Lower with access from living room and master bedroom. Spacious living area with TV/DVD/VCR Cable TV, fireplace, queen sleeper, and access to furnished deck, perfect for family gatherings. 
 
Dining area with seating for 8, plus a breakfast bar for an extra guests. Extra tables and chairs are provided for several more guests. Large master bedroom with private deck, queen bed, private bath with separate shower, double vanity, and a bunk bed (single over double).Great guest room with queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR. 
 
Second guest bedroom also with queen bed, Flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with Cable and full bathroom, that is shared with the 3rd guest bedroom.Third guest bedroom also with queen bed, TV/DVD/VCR no Cable and full bathroom, that is shared with the 2nd guest bedroom. Full size bar on the entire bottom floor with seating for eight to ten, complete with  
 
pool table, foosball table, Ping Pong Table, Darts, Poker Table and stereo. Perfect for entertaining. Flat screen TV with Cable.  
 
Washer and dryer, linens and towels, (please bring beach towels) local phone service, central heat/air, cable TV. 
 
Maximum occupancy of 12 people. 
 
Plenty of parking spaces. DON’T PARK ON THE GRASS PLEASE! 
 
We provide all linens but your Beach Towels. 
 
We have 14 beach chairs and 3 Umbrellas.  
 
Don't forget your beach towels! 
 
These rates MAY exclude holiday periods. Call for details. Always negotiable if we can.  
 
* We aim for 5 Night Minimum however we try to fit in when possible in June, July and Aug.  
 
Pet friendly. Pet deposit is $200. There is a 65 dollar fee per pet.  
 
Finally, we hope you choose to stay with us, however if it does not work, we hope we can refer you to other nice homes. Tybee is such a nice place to visit and we hope you come back.
