Beyond the Dunes is a wonderful first floor beachfront condo on Tybee's north beach. We are located away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach, but not so far away that you can't enjoy the night life, if you wish. The north beach is primarily residential and has limited public access.

This condo sleeps a maximum of six. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper in the living room and 2 bunkies built into the walls for small children. The kids will think they're "cool".

Everything you'll need, including beach towels and beach chairs is provided for you. There is no need to pack your house to take a vacation.

The kitchen includes stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. You'll find coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron and other conveniences.

You will have a nice supply of very comfortable linens. Beach towels are also provided.

The bedroom has a small television. TV/DVD is in the living room and DVDs and CDs are provided for you. We also provide a Game Cube for your children, at your request ... at the time of your reservation.

Savannah Beach & Racquet Club has two pools ... the larger pool has a kiddie pool about 10 inches deep for the kids. There are 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

You can sit on the deck of this condo in nice tall deck chairs with your feet propped up and watch the ships leaving the Savannah Port. Dolphin tour boats will pass in front of you with Flipper and his friends close behind. Kayakers and jet skiers also frequent the waters of the north beach. You will never be bored !

This condo has very convenient access without long hallways and elevators. Just park by the building and up the steps into the breezeway and you'll find Beyond the Dunes is the 4th door in the breezeway. You have a dunewalk on each side of the building that will put your feet in the sand.

You will not left without assistance renting your vacation home from this owner. Joey provides 24/7 response to her guests needs. If you don't need us, you won't see us but if you do, we're close by to help in any way.

We are a gated community and gate cards will be issued. You must use your gate card each time you enter the property.

We're sorry but pets are strictly prohibited in this complex.

You are welcome to smoke on the deck but, please, do not smoke in the condo for the comfort of all our guests.

Tybee Island is home of the Historic Tybee Lighthouse.

Ft. Pulaski is a national treasure that we call our own. You can see the flag flying above the fort from you deck.

Ask Patti about special events on the Island during your requested dates. Tybee provides "little island entertainment" throughout the summer.

There are wonderful restaurants on Tybee for those who like to eat. Don't forget that Savannah is only 18 miles away and it's not a bad 18 miles. We have the historic downtown area, River Street and City Market that draw many tourists every year.

				Low Season Price:	$650 per Week
				High Season Price:	$900 per Week

$300 deposit is required to confirm your dates. the balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. We do not have a minimum stay but the daily rates are considerably higher than the weekly. Weekend rates are higher than weekday rates. The longer your visit, the less your daily rate.
