Vacation Rental Description
This cottage is fully stocked! Everything you need for a trip to the beach: chairs, towels, boogie board, sand toys and a beach umbrella. It is also very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and other shopping. We provide you with 2 bikes so you can explore the island on our many bike tours, we also provide an audio tour of several historical sites as well as other information regarding St. Simons Island! My husband and I own Blackwater Grill, one of the best restaurants in this area and we will give you a free appetizer so you can try it out.
The island is located off the coast of Brunswick between Savannah, GA. and Jacksonville, Fl.
The master bedroom has a queen size Select Comfort bed and separate seating area for relaxation. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, lots of games and puzzles in the shelves plus a fully stocked bookcase.
There is a gas fireplace in the living room for chilly mornings or evenings and plenty of comfortable seating both for lounging or dining.
The front porch is screened with a swing as well as a rocker. The back deck has a 300 year old live oak growing through it, but still plenty of room for lounging in the adirondack chairs or cooking out on the gas grill. There is even a picnic table if you choose to dine outside. All pots and pans, dining utensils, prep tools, glasware and linens are provided. All you need is a bathing suit and a few groceries.
