Vacation Rental Description
We have two wonderfully located one bedroom (sleeps 4) condos overlooking the marsh to Sea Island in the heart of the Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort Community. Situated in a condominium complex directly behind the Conference Center,Pro Shop, Restaurant, Pub, and pool, these suites have double-sink baths, two double beds, TV/DVD/DVRs, Wi-Fi, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers. The Executive Suite ($825/month with a $50 one-time cleaning fee) has a Kitchenette with dining and sitting areas and a bay window with a breath taking view of the marsh.  
 
The Deluxe Suite ($725/month with a $50 one-time cleaning fee) has a wetbar and a screened-in porch with a beautiful marsh view. We prefer monthly or longer term rentals, however, daily and weekend rental rates are also available. Both suites are located on the first floor of the "King Fisher" condominium suite complex and have a common laundry room and ice maker. These are furnished suites with all linens and utilities included in the rental price! (These are privately owned suites in the middle of the Sea Palms resort complex,see www.seapalms.com)

    • The larger Executive Suite has a kitchenette with a dining and sitting area. The Deluxe Suite does not have a kitchenette but does have a wetbar, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a screened-in porch overlooking the marsh. Both are first floor suites with shared laundry facilities and an icemaker located down the breezeway from the door. Wi-Fi is provided for all of the suites in this comlex.

Since we aer not set up for credit cards, we accept personal checks. No certified/cashiers checks. No international rentals. For weekend/weekly rentals, one day's reservation deposit required with balance due one week prior to arrival. For Monthly rentals $100 deposit reservation required with balance due one week prior to arrival.
