Circa 1940's beach home, located approximately 45 minutes from the Savannah International Airport and 13 miles from historic Savannah, Georgia. Wonderful location, just steps across the street to the ocean. Beautiful sandy beaches, warm climate and friendly people. Located on the south end of the island, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath private home is an excellent place to spend your vacation. There are approximately 11 eating establishments within easy walking distance, everything from white linens to pizza and hot dogs. Tybee has approximately 22 main events yearly, with most of them centering around the main fishing pier, which is a few blocks from this home. Tybrisia, the main street has art galleries, ice cream shops, swinsuit and novelty shops and bars, simply something for everyone. This home includes a private fenced in back yard, with off street parking for four vehicle and a private hot tub on the rear deck. There is a relaxing deck on the oceanside, with an absolutly beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is also visable from the large eat in kitchen. We are pleased to offer outside smoking. We are small pet friendly! This home is privately owned and operated since 2004. We invite you to come and spend some time with us on our wonderful beach.
