Enjoy a relaxing get-away at this quiet Lake front home. Netstled in a cove with a dock. Pontoon Boat and Jet-ski rental available at a near by marina. Boat launch 1 mile away. Fishing all year around on the Lake. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and lots of stars at night. Play a game of horsehoes in the yard, relax in the hammock or swing. Enjoy the lakeside firepit area, great for smores at night. Big picnic table on large deck with gas grill.  
Go to dinner, movie or shopping 20 minutes away in Milledgeville. ATL airport 90 minutes away. Tanger Outlet Mall approx. 60 minutes away. Macon 45 minutes away.  
 
Note to boaters, Lake Sinclair is a Georgia Power Lake and the water fluctuates during the day. Water is around 4-5ft deep in front of our dock. Channel 3-5ft. Pontoon boats, outboard/inboards and seadoos can dock easily. Because this is a GA powered lake, drought is not a factor. Rent for a few days a week or longer.  
 
 
Home has new flooring in kitchen, dining area, hallways and bathrooms in 2006. New Carpet in living room and bedrooms 2008. Fresh paint in living room and halls in 2008. Dredging done in front of dock 2008. New dock boards 2009 and easy in/out drive way. New matteress in both bedrooms 2009. Home is well maintained and clean. Room enough for a couple of familys yet cozy enough for just one or two guest! This is a non smoking home. Smoking is OK outside. Pet Friendly.
