Our Marina Villa 905 is located at the VERY QUIET north end of the resort. The condo is on the first floor at the corner of the building. The unobstructed WATER VIEW from our lanai overlooks beautiful Pine Island Sound and the resort yacht harbor. You can watch the dolphins play every day!
The Marina Villa POOL is right at our doorstep, and it's just a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico, with its endless white SUGAR SAND beaches, balmy breezes, and TURQUOISE waters. The sunsets are awesome, LAZY DAYS on the beach so easy, and life is beautiful...
The COZY and very picturesque Captiva Village is nearby, and browsing here is big fun - perfect for shopping and dining.

Our island getaway offers every CONVENIENCE with latest appliances, and comfortable accommodations. The KITCHEN is equipped with coffee maker, double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven, flat top 4 burner stove, microwave and all the cooking and serving utensils you would expect. If cooking on vacation is not your desire, try one or all of our island flavor restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our DINING AREA between kitchen and living room is ready to seat and serve six vacationers for breakfast, lunch and dinner - or for those late night games with the FAMILY. The living area, which overlooks the lanai with its spectacular full water view, has love seat, couch with sleeper, coffee and end tables, and also a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player, CD stereo with remote, computer with wireless internet access, free local and long distance phone.
The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a king bed with high quality bedding, 36" flat screen TV with satellite, private bath with glassed in shower and plenty of closet space.
The GUEST ROOM has two twin beds, also with high quality bedding. Guests share the common bath. Bath linens, hair dryers, clock radios with alarm, telephone, iron and ironing board are all provided.
Our STARTER KIT contains: 4 dishwasher soap, 1 dish sponge and container of dish soap, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, 1 roll on and 1 extra toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and hairdryers in each bathroom.
Our ISLAND GETAWAY is about a 45 minute drive from Fort Myer's Southwest Regional International Airport, a 1 hour drive from Naples, and 2 hours from Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
