This is a fantastic near Beach home with a pool! Comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you'd have
in your home. Has a formal Dinning area , Modern Kitchen with everything you need to do those Gormet Meals.
Three full baths one off the pool area with full size washer and dryer.
Pool area has table and 6 chairs, lounge chairs, rocking chairs, pool toys for the Volley Ball Pool( 3ft on
each end and 5 ft. in the center.) There is a patio area that is covered with a canape and the pool is screened.
Master bedroom has a large bath King Bed and TV. Guest bedroom has queen bed and TV. Third bedroom has desk, book shelves ( with a great selection of mystery books for Beach and patio relaxation and a Murphy Bed (double bed- Very
very comfortable).
Kitchen is fully equipped and Modern!!has it all . Large 50 inch TV in living room, stero, cd and record changer!
Even have some golden oldie 78's for the record changer and varied CD's to listen to.
It is 7 houses from the deeded drive into beach access or you could walk or bike.
Fantastic Island getaway walking distance to Resturants, Deli's, Ice cream stores and shopping.

There is everything at your door steps or very near by. Disney is about 2.5 hr drive. Cypress Gardens 2hrs.,
Zoo about 1 hr. Planaterium about .5 hr away...lots to do ! Shell Museum , Ding Darling National Wildlife
center and Museum, Baily Museum ( Sanibel's History). Winery about 1 hr drive. Edison Labs and Museum about
1/2 hr away...lots lots more!! Even a Casino about 1 hr's drive.
