Vacation Rental Description
This lovely home, located near West Gulf Drive, is close to one of the finest shelling beaches in the world. 
It is set on 2+ private acres overlooking 2 ponds and the abutting conservation. The wildlife views are always entertaining. Lush gardens and fields abound. Shopping and restaurants are within walking or biking distance. 
 
The large master bedroom, with king sized bed, has a window seat with a view of the large pond and the conservation. There is a master bath with tub and separate shower. 
A second bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding doors to the sunroom. 
A fun kids room has a bunk bed (twin on top and double on the bottom). 
The fourth bedroom (or den) has a full sized bed. 
There is a second bathroom with tub and shower. 
The kitchen is new and fully equipped. 
The livingroom has a 52 inch TV with DVD, VCR, stereo, and shelves filled with books, games and puzzles to entertain all ages. 
There are 2 decks: 
A smaller, raised deck in the back, affords shade in the summer, BBQ and great views. 
The front deck is huge and peaceful, with plenty of sun. This is the perfect spot to relax or entertain. 
There are deck chairs and bikes available. 
Washer and dryer are new. 
Outside, there is also a shell washing station and outdoor shower (with hot water).
