This beach house is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation on a double lot that offers privacy. It has two porches (one wraparound porch), swings, a hammock, and an outdoor shower. This Sanibel vacation home is recently redecorated with new furniture and carpeting.The spacious airy main level has an open floor plan with a den, living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and countertop with stools.The washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, the den has a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private porch. It also has a loft with a twin bed and a window with a peek of the gulf. Nerita Beach House is furnished with all you will need for a very delightful vacation.
