Relax in your beautifully appointed, gulf-front, two-bedroom two-bath, tropical retreat. This third-floor, corner unit has been completely refurnished, and is nicely appointed with quality items such as leather recliners, rattan dining set, and very comfortable furniture.  
 
Conveniently located on East Gulf Drive, Sandalfoot Condominiums is a 'AAA approved' complex located just minutes from the causeway, and within walking distance of the Sanibel Lighthouse, dining, shopping, fishing, and, of course, world-famous shelling.  
 
Highly responsive, friendly, on-site management staff will ensure all your needs are met. Other on-site amenities include a heated swimming pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, bike rentals, gas grills, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, DVD library, free high-speed wireless Internet access, elevator and laundry facilities in each building. Sleeps four to six. 
 
Sanibel Island is a barrier island just off the southwest coast of Florida by Fort Myers. Sanibel is about 12 miles long and 4 miles wide, and is known around the world for it's fabulous shelling beaches. Due to Sanibel Island's unique geographical orientation, lying East to West instead of North to South, it acts as a scoop and gathers seashells along it's beaches. Throughout the year, thousands of visitors come to enjoy Sanibel's beaches and hunt for that special seashell. Sanibel has an average temperature of around 75 degrees. While Sanibel Island is a wildlife refuge in and of itself, over 60% of the island is actually protected wildlife preserves. There are over 26 miles of bike trails and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches.

    • Sandalfoot's Heated Pool sits in the center of the complex, in view from every unit (either the lanai or the front door). Its one of the few pools on the island that has a view of the gulf as well. Gas Grills are avialable for outdoor grilling. Shell cleaning station available when exiting beach.

    TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Any interest is retained by Sandalfoot. FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival by personal check made payable to Sandalfoot Condominiums. CANCELLATION NOTICE: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-59 days written notice for 50% refund, a 30 day or less notice forfeits the full reservation amount. All refunds are less the administrative fee and taxes.
