The bath for the private master suite( with a queen bed and walk- in closet) includes a soaking tub and large walk-in shower; a full bath services the second (queen) and third bedrooms (2 twins). A poolside 1/2 bath with an outside hot and cold shower make spending the day outdoors easy! Very quiet neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home. House is located on Marker Road, Rotonda FL 33947. 
 
A guidebook and map is kept in the home that offers suggestions for best restaurants, (casual and fine dining) 1-10 miles, grocery stores within 2 miles,and video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches,fishing,boat rentals,bike trails and movie theaters within 10 miles.

There are two bicycles in the garage for your use during your stay. We also provide a cooler, lounge chairs, beach floats and beach towels.

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	$600 per Week
				High Season Price:	$950 per Week

Payment (all funds are U.S. dollars) An initial payment of $500.00 non-refundable is required to hold your reservation. This payment is due and must be attached to this form. The outstanding balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. Along with the outstanding balance, a refundable security deposit of $300.00 must be paid which will be returned to you within 30 days of departure from the home after our maintenance people have accounted for any breakage or excess utility bills during your stay. 3-Cancellations Provided the home is rented to a 3rd party by us for the days of your stay, all monies paid will be returned less a $100.00 processing fee. This agreement is not assignable without written permission of the owners.
