Dear Karin and Brian,
We have been in your villa for 4 weeks and it was great.
Like you said, everything was just perfect in the villa.
The kids loved the swimming pool, and my parents loved the master bedroom.
And what a kitchen, We really loved that part of the house, we baked and cooked if we were at home. After a couple of days, the kids said, when we came back from a trip, we are home in America! And it felt exactly like that.
Rotonda is the perfect place to start your trips. We have been to several beaches, Boca Grande was very relaxed, Englewood beach was full of locals and Siesta Beach in Sarasota was like the white beach you’ll see in the movies. Someone at Englewood beach told us to go to Venice Beach to see the . We enjoyed it very much.
Port Charlotte was great with the towncenter shopping mall and movietheater.
It was a fantastic holiday and we are thinking about coming back next summer.

What a wonderful villa! It has all the modern amenities and then some....including but not limited to Satellite TV complete with surround sound, two king ensuites, larger than normal pool with electic heating and more than enough kitchen accessories to bake whatever you fancy.
We have rented 5 different villas over the past decade and there is not one that would eclipse your home in terms of value for the dollar, cleanliness and utility.
As suggested above, truly has been a wonderful stay.
Thank you as always Karen and Brian and we look forward to speaking with you about a return engagement next year. ;-)

We had a great 8 day stay up to 27th Dec '09 in Karen & Brian's wonderful villa. The accommodation is very,very spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and really well furnished. The kitchen equipment, bedding,towels etc are excellent quality and plentiful.
We liked the split layout of the 2 master suites.
The pool area has very good patio loungers/dining set etc and the large heated pool was ideal for us.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and the managing agents were very quick to respond to queries.
Luxury property, easy to recommend!

We stayed in the villa from the 16th November 09 to 16th December 09. For the past 10 years we have had long holidays of up to 4 weeks on the Gulf coast including some some 6 holidays in Rotonda. This was the cleanest and best presented of all villas we have stayed at - very secluded, no traffic and well equipped. The 30 foot pool is warmed by large area of solar panels and although we had electric heating this only needed to come on after cold nights or during a couple of cloudy days. It was the best holiday accomodation we have had in Florida and its only drawback for some would be the views from the pool area are limited to forest although many would prefer this.

Spent full month of January, 2010 at the Villa. It was wonderful. All you could want to have at your disposal. Everything as expected and more. Nice Location, close to Beaches and Restaurants. Top quality furniture and accessories. Sheets, towels, dishes, etc. fresh and new, even the TV service was a grade above with premium movie channels. The pool area is very private with lots of outside furniture and a gas grill. The ownership is outstanding. Karen & Brian make you feel like family. They made phone calls to make sure everything was OK and followed-up with e-mails to check if we needed anything. The local management team is very good, only a few miles away, very friendly and quick to answer your questions. We would definitely rent the villa again.

home.we have stayed in many homes in
florida and fell this is definatly the
best.great beaches at boca grande and
englewood good shopping and fantastic
tarpon fishing. My wife and i realy
loved the seclusion at rear of house and
the wild life this hose realy has the
wow factor ant iwould throughly recomend
to any one thanks again paul

"My wife and I along with another couple spent a week at this rental and it exceeded our expections. The home was spacious, well furnished, and very clean. The pool was extra large and the deck around it was just the right size for the four of us to eat out in the warm air. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood but it was close to the beach, a work-out facility, grocery stores and within a few miles was the shopping mall. The golf courses in the area were available at a reasonable price. The owner was extremely helpful in her communication. It was obvious that she was vested in making sure our stay in her home was enjoyable. If I return to the area, I will not hesitate to stay in this rental and strongly recommend it if someone plans to vacation in Rotounda, Florida. "

When we first arrived we both thought we were going to be too far away from everything. We soon learned that everything we wanted to do on our vacation was minutes away. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. If you like the beaches; Boca Grande and Siesta Key beach is a must see. Casey Key is a wonderful drive that has some magnificent multimillion dollar homes to see. Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda’s Fisherman’s Pier has all the shopping one could ever want. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from; we liked the Fishery Restaurant in Placida for fresh seafood. Many thanks Brian & Karen, your home met all our expectations and we hope to return again soon.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. We were with two couples which suited our need with two master suites. It was perfect! The solar heating made the pool was so inviting. We enjoyed it everyday of our stay. The guys enjoyed the selection of the close golf courses this area had to offer. The twilight rates were of good value. The girls enjoyed spending time at the close beaches and the local shopping. As for restaurants, we would recommend The Fishery, Farlow's and South Beach Bar & Grill. Our favourite day trip was to Siesta Key which has beautiful white sand. We really loved being in this area and will be back. Thank you Karen for being such a pleasure to deal with.

Dear Karen,
We had such a wonderful one week stay at your
villa! The home was very well equipped and clean.
It is situated in such a nice private natural setting. I
just loved waking up to the birds singing every
morning. The pool was great and the water was so
warm. I had trouble trying to get my 8 year old
daughter out of it each afternoon! There are so
many beautiful beaches within a short drive. We
were very pleased and we hope to stay at your villa
again. Good times....great memories. Thank you

This is the second time we have used
this villa. I believe that we were one
of Karen and Brian's first customers We
have been renting properties in Florida
for the last ten years and this is our
first return visit to any property. This
villa will not disappoint any renter who
is looking for a high quality rental in
a quiet private location with easy

We have just had a lovely and relaxing two and a half weeks at Karen and Brian's villa. Whilst we were there we discussed the fact that this is the first villa we have rented in our 23 years of Florida visits that didn't have anything we were not happy with! We voted it our most comfortable villa, most comfortable beds, living room furniture, dining room furniture and definitely the most comfortable pool\lanai furniture ever. Every little detail has been thought of including the luxury of a separate shower and loo poolside - we never realised how useful this was until we were there! We have had a few accidents in other villas with children rushing to the loo in the villa and slipping on the tiled floor. We were also surprised that we all loved the privacy of the surrounding vegetation and preferred it to the usual lake or canal views we have had previously. The surround sound DVD player was an excellent bonus and we found it much better than our visit to the cinema in Port Charlotte where we were surrounded by people crunching and slurping all the way through the film - AND it was the last Harry Potter! This is our second visit to Rotonda and we loved it just as much as the first. We will definitely be back (if you will have us)! Many thanks for all your help Karen.

We had a lovely and relaxing holiday in Karen's villa. It was just what we needed. We have stayed in Florida villas several times before and we would say that the standard of the villa is the highest we have seen. The size of the house, it's facilities, standard of comfort were all excellent. The house is in an excellent location and a quiet area. The swimming pool is larger than most and was very clean. We would certainly consider staying here again if we went back to the area.

We both wanted a well deserved rest and
the beautiful villa was just what we
needed. We have been to Rotonda several
times before but this was the best one
yet, everything we needed was there we
spent the majority of our time by the
fantastic large pool relaxing and eating
at night in the peaceful
surroundings.The house itself was
extremely well maintained and had
everything we needed and more. We would
highly recommend this property for
couples or families as there is plenty
of space for both, you can do as little
or as much as you like as the beaches
are wonderful and only a short car ride
away with plenty of bars and restaurants
also within a short distance. Would
recommend watching the sunset from the
Lock and Key at Englewood beach also
Dolphin watching at Gasparilla Island.
We had the best time ever and can't wait
to come back 10 out of 10 for everything

We have just returned from our 3rd stay in 3 years
at Karen and Brian's wonderful home. All I can
say to anyone considering renting this home is
don't hesitate for a moment! I know Karen works
incredibly hard to maintain the very highest
standards; the house is inviting and comfortable,
beautifully maintained and absolutely spotlessly
clean. We have been renting in Florida for the
past 20 years and trust me when I say that very
few properties live up to this one; it really does
feel like a cherished family home not just a money
making machine!
Karen herself is always a delight to deal with and
very accommodating like last year during the
Rugby World Cup when she added channels to
the TV package to ensure we could follow Wales
in the latter stages of the competition.
