A beautiful south facing 4 bedroom villa with over sized patio and fishing dock in a very quiet location near to beach.

Vacation Rental Description

This lovely home has been built to a very high standard and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It Has an oversized solar heated pool and patio area to maximise the sun. At the bottom of the garden is a fishing dock.

Inside the house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a family room and a formal sitting room with baby grand piano. There is a dinning area within the large kitchen.

All bedrooms have satellite TV which include Setanta sport which show all premier league football and rugby matches. All bedrooms have DVD players, there is wireless internet. In the family room there is a 50" HD plasma TV with home cinema system.

The local beach is about 10 minutes drive away, there are fantastic local restaurants and chain restaurants all very close. There is also Port Charlotte shopping mall approximately 20 minutes drive away.

For the golfer there are many golf courses all within a 10 minute drive open to the public.

				Low Season Price:	$830 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,030 per Week

When booking , a 20% deposit is payable. This deposit must be received with the completed booking form , or the booking will be cancelled. A verbal booking will be held for three days pending receipt of the completed booking deposit. Ten weeks before the start date of your booking a final invoice will be sent to you showing the balance due. You must pay this balance at least eight weeks before your departure to Florida. If you do not We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, in which case you may be liable to pay cancellation charges up to 100% of the final invoice in accordance with paragraph 5 below. It is therefore essential that you pay before the eight weeks deadline. The final invoice will include a security deposit of $200 This deposit will be held on account and refunded to you, less any deductions necessary for loss or damage sustained at the property during your occupancy,once the key is returned to office
