Beautiful,spacious, home away from home, 3 bedroom ensuite(3 bathrooms),two car garage villa.Front lawn,automatic door garage as you drive in.Finished to a high standard with large tinted windows and sliding doors to maximize your view of the surroudings.The master bedroom has pool view.The main entrance opens into a pouch and a full view of the dining area, the great room. Large sliding doors allow a full view of the pool area and beyond.The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the property by the dinning area and the Florida great room.The great room is linked to a spacious nook and large kitchen with granite work tops which is equipped to a high standard.The nook leads to the family room. Again the is a large sliding door and large windows which permit a full view of the pool area and the canal.The whole area except the bedrooms have ceramic tiles. A corridor leads from the garage to the grear room. this also gives access to the laundry room and the second bedroom and also gives access to the kitchen and nook alowing free movement all round.
The bedrooms are ensuite and have rugged floors.Wardrobes are provided in each bed room and the master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe.Tbe master bedroom as a six foot bath with jacquzzi.The pool is 24/14 and has child protection screens.
