Description:

Our holiday home has a south-facing heated pool. Its a great place to unwind - yet its close to many amenities.

Vacation Rental Description

The spacious living/great room has a flat-screen, digital TV, DVD Player, CD/radio, and a luxurious sofa that coverts to a double bed. There is a separate dining area and breakfast nook, but we enjoy eating next to the pool, at the poolside table, beside the sun loungers,looking out down the canal.

The master bedroom is 24 feet long with a king-size bed and digital TV. It leads to a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath, "his" and "hers" wash basins and vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and digital TV, while the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a chest and walk-in closet, and there is a second bathroom for bedrooms two and three. Both the master bedroom and the great room have sliding doors that open out onto the lanai and pool which are south facing.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with all the normal facilities. It has a breakfast bar with bar stools, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The property also has a double garage.

The combination of quality accommodation in a superb part of Florida means a great stay for our guests.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable six weeks before the start of the stay. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required six weeks before the start of the stay
