The villa is situated in Rotonda, on the west coast of Florida, in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The pool is solar-heated and is south facing so it gets the sun all day and is very private and not overlooked. There are stunning sunsets from the pool and lanai. The villa is 10 situated minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius. The villa overlooks the 9th fairway of Pine Moore Golf Course. This is the ideal location for a beach, water sports or golfing vacation.  
 
The villa 
Master Suite  
Master suite has king size bed, double walk-in wardrobes, patio doors opening out onto the pool area. Ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, oversized tub and walk in shower. Cable TV and telephone.  
 
Second bedroom  
Double bed, built in wardrobes and cable TV.  
 
Third bedroom 
Two single beds, built in wardrobe.  
 
Second bathroom  
Bath, shower and single vanity unit.  
 
Kitchen  
All modern conveniences including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and waste disposal unit etc.  
 
Breakfast area  
Table and 4 chairs adjacent to kitchen and a bar with 2 barstools.  
 
Formal dining room  
Large dining table and 6 chairs for formal dining.  
 
Family room  
TV, VCR, DVD, hi-fi, two large sofas and one relax chair. Patio doors opening onto the pool area. 
A large picture window overlooking the lake and golf course.  
 
Living room  
Two sofas and large patio doors opening onto the pool area.  
From the lounge you get directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area and you have a superb view on the lake and the golf course.  
 
Utility room  
Containing family sized washing machine and tumble dryer.  
 
Garage  
Double garage with remote opening electric door. In the garage are 4 bicycles and a 2 men's and women's golf set that you can use.  
 
Lanai  
Large table and 6 chairs for outside dining, gas B-B-Q and 4 sun loungers around the pool.  
 
Pool  
Pool is solar heated and is south facing so it gets the sun all day. Pool and lanai overlook a lake and the 9th fairway of Pine Moore golf course.  
 
Internet  
The villa has a desktop computer with free High-speed internet access for our guests.  
 
General details  
The villa is air conditioned and all rooms including the lanai have ceiling fans. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
