The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and patio doors leading directly out onto the patio. Second double bedroom also with Queens bed, TV and walk in closet.
Kitchen comes fully equipped has a breakfast bar and seating overlooking the pool - all you need is the food shopping..........
Laundry room with its large American wahsing and dryer leads through to the double garage.
The living with hi fi, TV also has a 3 seater/2 seater and reclining chair.
Outside the 14x28 solar heated pool has underwater lighting for that evening swim. The FISHING DOCK is perfect for relaxing fish or just watch the turtles on the opposite bank. Tables, chairs, lounger and gas BBQ and all towels and beach towels are included.

FISHING offers a great sport either deep sea - Marlin or Tarpon - or small boat hire on the intercoastal waterway for the many larger fish.
