Couldn't resist buying this lovely detached villa home. Previously a showhome, it was everything we were looking for in a larger than average holiday home. Set in a quiet, serene and residential area, it has a South facing facing private solar heated 30x15 pool and electrically heated spa. Air conditioned throughout it has the added benefit of ceiling fans in every room. DVD and hi-fi along with a TV in the sitting room, den and both master bedrooms. 
 
With two Master bedroom with their own ensuite and jacuzzi bath - it's ideal for two couples sharing. 
 
This comfortable villa is maintained to a very high standard and comes fully equipped to include all bed linen, towels and beach towels. BROADBAND high speed internet plus all your local and US state to state calls are offered at no cost to renters. 
 
 
The Rotonda area of Florida is a vacation destination for the whole family.

    • High speed internet and all local and long distance call to anywhere in NA are offered to our guests. Two adult bikes and loads of pool toys are stored in the garage. An extra large gas BBQ on the lanai. All linen is provided along with beach towels. Two Master bedrooms with ensuite and jacuzzi bath.both with French doors leading directly onto patio Further double bedroom and twin room along with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast eating area. Formal dining room with seating for 8 large comfortable sitting room with 32" TV and DVD Shower bathroom leading directly onto pool area Den with TV and sofa bed

    • If GOLF is your passion then come and play some of SW Florida's highest rated courses. There are SIX in Rotonda and all within a few minutes of our villa. GOLF is a 'must' for many residents and visitors and in the area where the weather is good and life for enjoying, golf courses come as standard and you will be spoilt for choice. From May and October the courses are quiet and tee times can usually be arranged the same day. 
     
    FISHING is a 'must' for the enthusiast and each year the Tarpon game fish gather in the Boca Grande and offer sport to both local and international anglers. The competitions are held just offshore and spectators get a marvellous view of the boats from one of the lighthouses situated at the waters edge. 
    For a more peaceful day anglers will find plenty of opportunity to take a hire boat out into the Gulf or the intercoastal waterway and catch a wide range of large fish.

    Lovely villa. very comfortable. had a great time. Pool warm and jacuzzi hot. Beaches lovely, we found Englewood best. Wildlife at the end of the garden amazing, saw gators everyday. some large about 3', mostly babies about a foot.
    Great time. great location. don't want to go home.
