This rental home is located on a safe, quiet street in a very nice deed-restricted community. We are only a few minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and many local beaches, more than 8 local golf courses and numerous nature trails and parks, and much, much more! We are close to the Intracoastal waterway, separating the mainland from our local barrier islands (the "other" Florida Keys!). Swimming and snorkeling & water sports...fishing...golf...and outdoor activities abound! Wildlife sightings are a common occurrence. You are likely to see Dolphins, Manatees, Turtles, tropical birds and other aquatic and land animals unique to this sub-tropical area!

Rotonda West is the largest deed-restricted neighborhood in Florida. (A safe community that is operated and governed by the residents). EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED: This home is fully equipped and contains all the facilities and amenities that you would need for a pleasant stay. Beach towels are provided for swimming & beach use, personal towels and linens, bed sheets and blankets, etc. A washer and dryer are located on premises for your convenience in laundering, as well as all house-cleaning equipment, vacuum, iron & ironing board and other cleaning supplies and necessities. We also provide an extra supply of paper goods for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items for preparing and cooking meals, including a full size refrigerator, full size stove with oven, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle and all necessary dishes, flatware and glasses...including plastic ware for use in the pool area. A library of over 200 movie titles and 150 books/novels are available to enjoy!

EVERYTHING ELSE IS CLOSE BY: We are close to beaches and water sports, fishing & sightseeing, golf courses and nature parks; there are many restaurants, shopping and entertainment choices nearby, and complete automotive needs.

SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT: Many stores can be found just a short distance away for food shopping, pharmacy needs, personal care items, clothing, beach items and novelties, postcards and souvenirs, etc. We are only a short drive to reach many shopping malls, numerous restaurants with varied cuisines, bars and clubs with live entertainment, movie theatres and live theatrical performances, and much, much more!

FLORIDA ATTRACTIONS: We are centrally located between most of Florida's major attractions...Theme parks (Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, famous museums, etc.) are a small drive to the north! ... (refundable after your stay with us). The full rental amount is due in advance or upon your arrival. Advance payment in full required for nightly/week-end stays. 60-day minimum cancellation notice required for full refund of deposit. ($25 cancellation fee) We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Inquire. OTHER FEES: Cleaning fee for stays in excess of 1 week. Fee for small pet (with prior arrangement only), Also...we will gladly stock your refrigerator and pantry, arrange for maid or cleaning services, make restaurant reservations, book theatre tickets, etc. on your behalf, with prior arrangement....NO FEES FOR THIS SERVICE! Rental rates are based on 2 occupants. Additional charges of $60/pp, per week, may apply for additional occupants. 1st child is free.
