Our Rotonda Villa is an amazing retreat and escape from it all....
The villa has a sunny lanai fully furnished with table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and gas BBQ, perfect for those lazy days and evening BBQ's.
The South facing pool with optional electric heat provided.

The villa interior is furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
The Master Suite has a 32"Flat Screen Tv and the En Suite bathroom has direct Pool access.
All bedrooms with TV's.

The Villa has a 2 car garage with remote control, landscaped gardens and peaceful surroundings so sit back relax and soak in the Sun Shine and enjoy the wildlife!

The villa is set up with a computer and WiFi internet throughout when you bring your own laptop.
We also have the audio system in the pool area so you can enjoy your own choice of music from the ipod dock if you wish.

The side by side fridge in the upscale kitchen provides filtered water and an ice maker.
We also have a coffee maker and an Expresso maker for you to enjoy freshly brewed coffee.


The closest beaches are within 15 minutes drive of the villa.Golf is a must for many residents and visitors and in an area where the weather is good and life for enjoying, golf courses come as standard and you will be spoilt for choice.
Local supermarkets are Winn Dixie and Publix minutes away.Englewood and Port Charlotte are each within 10 – 15 minutes drive of the villa, whilst Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island is a similar distance.
The closest main international airport is Tampa, which is 90 minutes away. Orlando is approximately a 2.5 hour drive.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit payment with signed booking form. If the booking is made within 2 months of arrival, the full balance plus security deposit will be required by return with the completed booking form.
