This luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa sits on a quiet area of Rotonda.It has a south facing lanai with pool and spa,so gets the sun all day.There are plenty of sunloungers and outside dining area. 
There are jaccuzzi baths in the 2 master suites along with walk in shower.2 other bedrooms have twin beds and a shared bathroom.The 5th bedroom/snug has a double sofa bed.There is also a pool bathroom with shower. 
The kitchen area has oven and hob with microwave, there is a fridge freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher.There is also a laundry room with washer dryer ironing board and iron. 
There is breakfast/dining area a formal dining area plus the main living area and seperate snug. 
There are full width full height glass sliding doors from the main living area onto the lanai/pool area 
There is cable tv in both master bedrooms and the main living area, also a music centre in the living room. 
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and air conditioned plus ceiling fans in all rooms.
