Our lovely villa with professionally landscaped gardens was completed in August 2006. The rear of the property overlooks a freshwater canal, and with natural habitat either side of us, gives you the perfect location for privacy whilst relaxing on the lanai or by the pool. This area is close to beaches making it an ideal 'spot' for relaxing and an excellent location for golf.

Our villa has been beautifully furnished as a home, not a rental property. The accommodation comprises a triple aspect master bedroom with Queen size sled bed, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the lanai and pool via patio doors. Bedroom 2 is also a triple aspect room with Queen size bed, wardrobe and access to the pool. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and wardrobe. The house also has high speed wireless internet access as well as TV's in the great room and master bedroom.

There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with his and her marble basins, walk-in shower and jacuzzi style bath tub. Bathroom 2 has marble hand basin and walk-in shower. There is an additional pool bathroom with hand basin and toilet, with a heated shower just outide on the lanai.

The open style fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, includes a breakfast bar and has great views over the pool. The kitchen extends into a breakfast nook with access to the lanai and pool area via patio doors.

The utility Room, with fitted cupboards, washing machine, tumble drier and sink, is situated next to the kitchen, and has access to the double garage.

The living room is a Colonial style open plan area, luxuriously furnished with a three seater settee and love seat, cable TV, DVD, radio Hi Fi and offset by separate dining area. There is direct access to the lanai and extended pool area via triple 8 feet high sliding patio doors.

Due to the extended outside patio living area, four rooms have direct access to the caged pool via patio/french doors. All main rooms have a view of the freshwater canal, which is a natural habitat for many species of birds.


The villa is within walking distance of Long Marsh Golf Club and only a short drive to 4 other golf courses. In addition, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf, most of which have BBQ and shower facilities, are only 15 minutes away, as is Port Charlotte with its shopping malls. Rotonda encompasses 20,000 acres attractively developed with high quality homes, set amongst canals, golf courses and green belt lands. It is also a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. We have recently upgraded our communications package, which gives you free phone calls within the USA and to Canada.

Our home is served by friendly staff at our management and rental company, and will be on hand to ensure that your vacation is an excellent one!

Bookings of less than 2 weeks incur a £30 charge towards the cleaning. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment by cheque in GB Pounds The balance is due 8 weeks prior to stay. Refundable security deposit of £150 to accompany the booking. U.S. guests may pay directly to our local management company. Discounts for long lets and last minute bookings may be available. Rates include air-conditioning, electricity, water, TV, phone calls, cleaning on departure and services of local management company.
