This lovely light and airy home is set in the highly popular resident area called Rotonda West. Keleece is east rear facing onto a golf course and is ideal for those who like to enjoy sunshine with their breakfast! Keleece is close to beaches to both the west and the south making it an ideal 'spot' for relaxing and an excellent location for golf.
This beautifully furnished home is perfect for guests. The interior design as been created by 'Interiors by Joann, one of the top local interior design companies and is very well stocked, especially the kitchen and all linens are provided and are plentiful. The house also has high speed wireless internet access as well as TV's in the family room and master bedroom.
Keleece offers a golf program which offers 2 named adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14 unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses comprising 81 holes of great golf. In the summer months, the golf is free, the only cost is a $50.00 admin fee and the hire of golf carts. In the winter, the 1 or 2 named adults can play as often as they want at a low fee of $50.00 per person, per week. They are still liable to pay for golf cart hire!
Keleece is served by friendly staff with local offices who will be on hand to ensure that your vacation is an excellent one!

This area is very much about leisure and outdoor sports.
There are 6 golf courses on Rotonda (4 participate in our golf program) and literally dozens within a 15 mile radius.
This area is one of the fishing centres in the world for the mighty Tarpon, or Silver King. A beautiful game fish which gathers in their thousands in Charlotte Harbor between mid-April and mid-July. We also offer excellent back water fishing as well as shark fishing
