Pool cage encloses 14 x 28'pool w/newly refinished Lanai. Pool is serviced weekly. 
Rental boats are available at Fisherman's Village Marina, less than 15 minutes by boat or five minutes by auto. 
$250 electric allowance per month--owner pays all other utilities.

A Library of brochures, pamphlets, maps, restaurant menus and area literature is provided for your convenience.

    We have a perfectly situated waterfront home on a wide tip-lot in Punta Gorda Isles, a boating community adjacent to Charlotte Harbor. The Family Room, Lanai and Pool overlook a very wide saltwater basin, only 10 minutes by boat to the Harbor. The Living Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom have sliding glass "pocket doors", opening to the beautiful Lanai and heated pool, and overlooking the water.

    This community is quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to all of the retail imaginable on the Tamiami Trail/US 41, only three miles away. Many of SW Florida's best beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are within easy commuting distances, both to the north and the south.

    Shopping and restaurants are abundant, as are waterfront parks, cultural and historic attractions, and numerous groceries and fruit/produce markets.

    We have furnished and outfitted this home for our own occasional use, and future snowbird occupancy. It is superbly maintained and awaitng your arrival.
