All linens, dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils are furnished. The kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, and a dustbuster. There are 2 televisions and basic Comcast cable is provided. The condo is wired for telephone, but none is provided. The renter may have service installed if so desired. This a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed

The guest room has twin beds. The guest bath has tub/shower combination. There is a screened in lanai off the living room. The kitchen, front hall, bathrooms, and lanai are all tiled. The living room and bedrooms are berber carpet. Major restaurants and the downtown shopping area are a short walk away. Fisherman's Village is less than a mile away. The Peace River is visible from the lanai.

      High Season Price: $1,500 per Week
         

    The minimum rental period is 3 months. This is an association rule. The minimum age of the tenant is 55 years. There is a $1000 refundable deposit required, along with a non-refundable $75 application fee. Monthly fees are as follows: Jan-June $1500 / month July-Oct $900 / month Nov-Dec $1200 / month There is also $120 / month association dues plus electric utilities. There is a state use tax of 11% on the rental portion only. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.
