Built in 2007 has state of the art kitchen which is has granite counter tops and upscale appliance, two full baths and three bedrooms . All furnishing decorated in true floridian style . Lanai is located off living room and Master bedroom . Master Bedroom has oversized Queen mattress. Lanai is tiled and has calming waterfall to enjoy those beautiful palm trees. The condo is an end unit which is very light and bright from all areas of the home. Master bedroom has a TV and also access to balcony. Reading room at the opposite side of the home. Fisherman's Village is about one mile away for shopping, cruises and restaurants. Music nightly in centre of village and dancing too!
Area attractions, Fisherman's Village, King Fisher Fleet (nightly and daily cruises of the arbor) Ft Myer has cruises to the Keys and other nearby island which is 20 miles away. Babcock wilderness adventures, 90,000 acre Ranch allows you to see the unspoiled Florida while you bike through the scenic roads and trails for those who are interested in conservation, wildlife and agriculture. Decorated Boat parade in early Dec America's best place to live 'Money Magazine'! Cruises and sightseeing tours are available at Fisherman's Village about one mile away. Day excursion available to the Keys can be taken at Ft Meyer. Holidaze boat rental is available for day or week rentals. The Isle is beautiful to see by boat and Gaspiralla Island and Boca Grande are a short distance away with lots to do! If you like watching dolphins and manatees and of course beautiful boats! Punta Gorda Isles is a deed restrictive community with all waterfront homes having excellent sailboat or power boat access to Charlotte harbor and the gulf of Mexico. Punta Gorda is located in south west Florida just at the Peace River and the Charlotte harbor. Charlotte harbor is the second largest harbor in the state of Florida and offers 125 miles of pristine boating water. Also money magazine has also ranked Punta Gorda as the #1' 'America’s best places to live' many times over the last 10 years. There is music mostly every evening at Fisherman's Village, which is a mile away Fishville.com Punta Gorda is very festive at Christmas time with the BOAT Parade and all the downtown activities!

Punta Gorda has a small beach about one mile away. Boat rental is available to explore the gulf and the Charlotte harbor. North Port about 18 miles has the third richest mineral spring in the world and makes for a great day. Shopping is nearby and the downtown of Punta Gorda has an active calendar for concerts, wine tasting, and art festivities. The area has an historic flavor and has much to see. Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and Captiva are just a short ride away. Punta Gorda has Golf courses within walking distance and several within three mile area. There are harbour cruises everyday and nite out of Fisherman's village which is one mile away.
