Nearby all amenities including golfing, shopping, good restaurants, churches, tennis, and more. Rent annually or 6 months or in season. Rent varies according to season. Each unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. Just bring your toothbrushes and fishing poles. Su Casa is the place to be.     • The 4-plex is located nearby famous Fisherman's Village in prestigious Punta Gorda Isles. If you rent annually the tenant is responsible for all utilities. The upper floor is $800 per month. The utilities include water, electric, cable and phone. There is no deposit required as utilities are in our name and we bill you. On a seasonal from January-March, we pay all utilities except phone and 12% tourist tax. On a six month lease, we pay all utilities except phone.
