    Please inquire for special dates and rates throughout the year. Refundable advance security deposit is required and amount is dependent upon time of year and length of stay. Deposits would range between $200 USD and $500 USD based upon the above. Should a cancellation be necessary, the full amount of the rental would be due and/or deposit forfeited. Please note that efforts will be made to find a replacement renter over the dates cancelled. Should a replacement rental occur those amounts would be deducted from penalty. For monthly rentals, rent is due on or before the first of each month rented. Weekly rentals may be based upon monthly rates, again dependent on time of year. Payment must be received in advance of check in. Rental amounts do not include cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes.
