Peggy's Retreat is located in beautiful Punta Gorda which was called the #1 place to live by Money Magazine in 1997 & 1998. Located just 30 minutes from Ft Myers, 40 minutes to Englewood Gulf beaches, 2 1/2 hours to Disney World, 1 3/4 hours to Cypress Garden. 
Peggy's Retreat is located at Spinnaker Point Condominiums, one of the area's best run and maintained complexes. The pool is heated, the tennis court is in tip top shape and off street parking is available for all units. This second floor 2 bedroom unit is tastefully decorated with florida style furniture and offers a great place to relax after a day of your favorite activities. Peggy's Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and screened in lanai for those lazy winter sunsets. Take a walk in the historic Punta Gorda downtown nestled on gorgeous Charlotte Harbor. Shop at quaint boutiques. Enjoy fine dining & wonderful sunsets. Take a boat ride up the Peace River and observe alligators, herons, eagles and cranes. Fresh or salt water fishing charters available. Many golf courses from par 3 to professionally designed within the area. 12% taxes and $75 cleaning fee added to all rentals. Resevations require $500 deposit with balance due the 15th of the month preceding your rental. Sorry, NO pets or smoking.
