This wonderful three bedroom home overlooks a beautiful sailboat canal. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting with the privacy of your own heated pool and lanai which overlooks the canal where you can go fishing or dock a boat. The canal leads to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy cooking your in your fully furnished kitchen and eating in the formal dining room. If you can't fit all your family in the three bedrooms, we have some air beds to use. This is a very comfortable home!

Boat rentals or charters are available nearby for deep sea fishing as well as a host of other fun activities.

This home is in a prime location and an exclusive neighborhood with beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping malls, and wonderful restaurants just minutes away. It is two hours away from Orlando.

High Season Price : $850 per Week

$300 security deposit required to reserve dates. Deposit will be returned to renter after stay, when keys are returned and property checked for damages.
