Beautiful condo with nice views of Myakka River, sunset absolutely gorgeous. Newly furnished with LCD TV with DVD player, in living room with stereo. Dining room with glass table and wine rack, wine, champagne, martini glasses available. Master bedroom with king size bed, pillowtop mattress, sliding door to lanai, TV and privation bath. Second bedroom, 2 twin beds, entrance to bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped, microwave, mixer, toaster, all appliances plus washer and dryer. Everything is new in the condo, including dishes, glasses, even has a spice rack. 
Close to Englewood beach, Myakka River State Park, shopping malls, restaurants, many things to do and places to visit. Walk to private marina to launch or rent boat, take a fishing excursion.  
Within an hour there are many places to visit Sarasota, (Ringling Bros museum), Tampa, Clearwater, Fort Myers. 
Boca Grande about 20 minute drive, rent a golf cart and explore small town and go to the beautiful beach. 
Less than an hour is Sanibel Island, has really neat seashell museum or walk on the beach and find your own. 
Small amusement park about 5 miles, Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworl about a 2 hour drive. 
If you are a fisherman you will have opportunity to catch over 40 different kinds of fish, known for tarpon, but many others. El Jobean is well known for the excellent fishing. 
Shopping fanatic, try Fleamasters in Fort Myers, a large indoor flea market with everything you could think of, well popular to buy artwork at discounted prices. 
Whatever you'd like to do you will find it in this area, the best part of being there is watching the sunset on the lanai and just relaxing in a quiet atmosphere.

    Beautiful condo in an excellent location, the owner takes great pride and it shows. Not your typical rental condo, furnished with beautiful pictures, nice furniture, LCD TV and stereo. It has nice wine glasses, martini glasses and even champagne glasses to celebrate your vacation. The view from the lanai at sunset is magical, the pool is warm and the beaches not far. It's located close to many attractions, Myakka River State Park is really nice and if you like to shop, there's a mall close by. Another favorite spot is Boca Grande, a unique little fishing village. And speaking of fishing, if you like to fish this is the place to be. Overall a great experience.

    I have stayed at this condo on El Jobean twice and can't say enough good about it. It's beautifully decorated with nice furniture and the most exquisite pictures. Very clean and well taken care of and has all the amentities of home. Love to enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai and watch the sunset over the water after taking a swim in the heated pool. Many excellent restaurants in the area if you want to eat out, shopping galore, golf course close and many things to do not far away. We love going to Boca Grande renting a golf cart and exploring the small town and beach. There's alot to be said about fishing although I don't fish I watch the happy fisherman on the pier. Look forward to returning.
