Is located in Briarwood, a delightful, mainly residential suburb, located 3 miles from downtown Naples. The "gated" community (barrier controlled entrance at night) also provides a community pool area, 2 tennis courts and a children's play area.
Within in the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast alcove and a utility room, a separate dining area to accommodate eight people and a comfortable spacious lounge. Telephone, Broadband, Cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi are also available..
The furnishings, inside and out, have been skilfully chosen by our interior design consultants for your comfort and vacation pleasure. We are certain that our guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to get everything just right.

HIGH SEASON....14 DECEMBER ---> EASTER....$ 1680 + TAX LOW SEASON.....EASTER---------> 13 DEC....$ 1300 + TAX DEPOSIT: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% of the full rental cost for the period must be enclosed with the completed and signed booking form. Upon clearance of the cheque, the booking is confirmed. You must check the confirmation and final invoice carefully and raise any queries immediately. PAYING YOUR BALANCE: The balance of the rental fee is due at least 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The day after your arrival you are asked to pop into the Management Office to register all guests booked in to the home and to collect credit card information. A $500.00 Credit Card deposit will be collected for any potential damages. The information will be held but not input.
