Our home 
Is located in Briarwood, a delightful, mainly residential suburb, located 3 miles from downtown Naples. The "gated" community (barrier controlled entrance at night) also provides a community pool area, 2 tennis courts and a children's play area. 
Within in the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast alcove and a utility room, a separate dining area to accommodate eight people and a comfortable spacious lounge. Telephone, Broadband, Cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi are also available.. 
The furnishings, inside and out, have been skilfully chosen by our interior design consultants for your comfort and vacation pleasure. We are certain that our guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to get everything just right.

Bathrooms: en-suite in Master and queen sized bedroom, 1 other shared between 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Luxury Kitchen: fully equipped including breakfast nook seating 4. Utility room: with T/dryer, W/machine & sink. Dining area: Seating for 8 people Family room: sofa, armchairs, main TV / DVD. & Broadband internet.     Hi Graham,

    I hope this note finds both you and your family in good health. My wife Jacquie and our friends Harry & Sandra
    have just returned from our holiday in the USA which was very successful. In all we were there for three and a half weeks
    but the highlight of our trip was our stay in your villa in Briarwood, Naples.

    We stayed in the villa for 10 nights and I have to say that it was everything you promised us and more.
    The location of the villa is superb, tranquil but close enough to Naples to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
    As for the villa itself , we could not have asked for more.
    It's a beautiful home with lots of lovely features and the view onto the lake from the private swimming pool is breathtaking.
    ( I spent many an evening sipping my scotch & water, as you suggested, and observing the wonderful animal life !!! )
    The accommodation is first class and affords a level of privacy for all guests which is exceptional.

    Please accept our thanks for the use of your villa and should I return to Florida in the future it will be my first stop.
