The great room boasts a mirrored wet bar and an entertainment center with a TV, VCR/DVD, and Bose stereo/CD player. All rooms are direct view ocean front, except the second bedroom/bath.
Say Goodbye Hotel and Hello Relaxation. We never met a 5 star hotel room that we still loved after a week or so. Think outside the BOX!

If You’re Lucky Enough To Stay On The Beach – You're Lucky Enough! SeaChase features 300 feet of sugar sand beach frontage, a gated community and a secured lobby. The beach always has ample room for our guests! A heated, low-intensity, gulf side swimming pool and covered parking are two of many amenities. Current SeaChase building condo values range from $1,500,000 to $4,000,000+ $$USD. This 1500 square-foot, two-bedroom/two-full-bath Beach House has a screened-in lanai, master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bath that all overlook the ocean. The master bath boasts an oversize bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and an extra-large closet with dressing area. The second spacious bedroom contains twin beds with a separate full bath. Each bedroom has its own TV/VCR. This non-smoking unit was the showplace property when SeaChase was initially sold in 1996.

Beware of Condo Flippers Who Got Stuck!
Know what you are paying for and getting! This condo has served as the owners second home since 1999. This is very significant as our condo is as well appointed and meticulously kept as our primary residence waterfront home. Beware of “luxury condo” money machines that are in a million dollar location, although furnished by 2nd hand furniture and very run down since the owner never occupies the unit. Insist on knowing this information, checking references and seeing current pictures before finalizing a condo rental decision. And yes, as you may already know, the Naples area boasts world class shopping and dining as well as laying claim to having both more golf courses and more millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the world!
Naples was also recently selected as the number one US small city for cultural and entertainment activities and is consistently on the Best beaches lists. Life Is Better At The Beach
Naples enjoys very temperate weather year around with winter temperatures consistently five degrees higher than Central Florida, and often 10 degrees higher than Northern Florida.
