Beautiful House!
Very nice vacation in your house has very good cleaning, everything was to perfection, every detail and safety, nothing was missing, very quiet to relax, with lovely decor and comfort, all the places near the beach house on all I charm. The committee recommends to my friends. Ismaray

Good location for Florida Vacation !
The house was spotlessly clean and very up to date with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was also clean and clear, a nice size, and very warm. The only thing we would have liked to have is more instructions for the TVs - especially the living room which we could not figure out how to use (the bedroom TVs were the same and there was a limited guide book that helped with the settings), and the computer which we never figured out how to turn on, even though the screen, modem, router and printer were clearly on. Fortunately we had brought our own. The WiFi had a strong signal worked perfectly, We went to the Tourist Information office in downtown Naples and booked a general tour of Naples and area, which wasn't very interesting.. However, we signed up for a half day tour of the Everglades complete with air boat ride and had a wonderful and informative time. Highly recommended. Fifth Avenue - especially in the older section of town - was a nice place to eat with outdoor cafe seating in many places and there were some very interesting non-chain stores with unique and lovely clothing, etc. for browsing. There are also some nice restaurants on the waterfront in Naples. We drove to Pine Island (about 1.25 hours away) to explore since we had seen it from Captiva the year before, but could only reach it by mainland which would have been a very long trip. Not much to see, but there were some old and lovely homes near the water at the southern end. Northern end had a lovely Inn and restaurant overlooking the water which was perfect for lunch. The neighborhood where Mia's house is located was very quiet and seemed to be a mixture of renters and owners with all properties very well kept.

Comfortable beds!
We rent homes across the U.S. on a regular basis and due to a bad back the comfort of the beds is aways a concern. This home has very comfortable beds and all the ammenities of home from a fully stocked kitchen, garage parking, premimun TV stations and only 5 minutes from Old Naples and our favorite haunts. We enjoyed coffee by the pool every morning and took advanatge of the grill several evenings; enjoying dinner on the lanai. Having a private pool 5 steps out the back door is definately a plus.

Mia, you made it!
We did not expect too much as we were renting a FL house for the fist time but Mia did a perfect job - even prior to our arrival in Naples. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect spot to relax and a good starting point for excursions to the area. We enjoyed BBQ`ing and the pool. Everything was in excellent working order. We would like to return again but next time for a little longer. We have been to Florida many times; however, It was the first time that we really felt like at home - but with all the sunshine, palm trees and beautiful beaches, Naples has to offer.

Great vacation here!
We had a very nice time staying at your home in Naples. This is an ideal rental property it is spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and decorated and very thoughtfully equipped with everything that we could want. It is located in a quiet secure spot and the neighborhood and areas are excellent. The renting process was very smooth - excellent communication. Mia was extremely helpful at all times with all requests or concerns. We look forward to staying at this property again. Thanks again.

Perfect place for escape!
Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. My family and I had a great vacation here! Your house is so clean and so very well stocked. It is the perfect rental property for people who are traveling with young children. The layout of the house is spacious and convenient and the yard is beautiful! The screened in lanai and the swimming pool were the highlights for us. Our family enjoyed sitting out in the lanai having our breakfast and in the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the pool. The house was very clean and well maintained had many amenities throughout such as flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living area. The only thing that this home may be missing is a safety gate around the pool for small children, but we managed just fine. It's just so tempting to open up the sliding doors and let the fresh air in! Mia was so easy to work with - very organized and accommodating. Thanks again!

The house is in a great location for easy families get away. It is within an easy driving distance to many beaches, nice restaurants, and the Everglades. The house flows nicely with lots of areas for the family to just sit and relax and the pool area is very serene (although I would caution that the pool is deep for little kids, but great for teens). The house has lots of amenities and is very nice, but very homey and comfortable. The neighbors are very nice and helpful and Mia is a doll to work with. This is a great place to stay and the price is great. I would highly recommend it!!!

Hello,
We enjoyed our stay in Naples very much, we are thinking of returning next year maybe for a longer time. The house was clean, decorated nicely, great location, had everything we needed and if the weather had agreed we wished to stay longer. The only unfortunate issue was the pool (that was one of the reasons we rented your place). The weather was unusually cold that week and we were unable to use it. Thank you and I will contact you next year.
P.S. Being in the Travel Industry I would highly recommend your property to all my clients looking to stay in the area.
