Expansive views of Vanderbilt Lagoon with private boat dock and footprints from the beach. Gorgeous, spacious, and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home with 2 car garage.
This home features an expansive lanai with ample seating, lounge chairs, and complete with a gas grill. The heated pool is perfect for swimming laps or for just taking a relaxing dip.
Enter through the front door, you are greeted to the living room which features a 60 inch flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 and has beautiful views, through the sliding glass doors to the pool and bay.
The spacious kitchen is centrally located in the house and features a large bay window. The kitchen has plenty of counter~space and a built in desk area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook, also seating 6 and a sitting area complete with a tv, sliding glass doors to the pool, and a bay window overlooking the water.
The master~bedroom has a king size bed, tv, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The master~bedroom also features sliding glass doors, allowing private access to the pool.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet and a view of the bay. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.
The house comes equipped with a DirectTv satellite system, allowing guests to watch movies or games with a the touch of a button. Hi~speed internet is also provided.
The two car garage features a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and plenty of beach toys. This house has it all: beautiful and spacious, amazing views, large and heated pool, and don?t forget all within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and waterfront restaurants.

Vanderbilt Beach is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-class dining, shopping, golfing and tennis. Dining choices range from the Ritz Carlton to the popular chains ( Carraba's, Longhorn, Outback, Flemings, and Ruth Chris' Steakhouse, just to name a few) and local favorites including several wonderful breakfast spots, local seafood, and waterfront dining. For shopping, enjoy the Waterside Shops, the boutiques of Old Naples ( 5th Ave. and 3rd St.), the Village on Venetian Bay, Coconut Point Mall, and the Miramar Outlets. Other Perks: Vanderbilt Beach (rated one of the top ten beaches in the country ) is directly across the street!! Over 100 Golf courses are in Naples, and The Pavilion Shopping Center with a movie theater, restaurants, and shopping are less than a mile away. Downtown Naples is only a 15 minute drive away.
Activities
This home has it all. It is the perfect place to experience Naples. The views of the bay are unbelievable during the day and at night. The home is spacious with two living rooms ( each with flat screen tvs ) and two dining rooms. There is a new boat dock that is perfect for docking your own personal boat or rent a boat. There is also fishing poles left in the home. The beach is only a two minute walk from the front door and included in the home are beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. Just bring the family and enjoy!!

To reserve we require 1/2 of the total to be paid, then 30 days prior to check in the second 1/2 is due. Added to the rental rate is a 10% Lodging tax, $200 cleaning fee, and a $250 security deposit. During the winter months ( Dec ~ Feb ) there is a pool heat charge of $5 a day.
