A screened lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with a heated pool and spa.

Master suite has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a spacious appointed bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has two twins with a trundle. In addition to the central air conditioning there is a fan in every room. In the garage you will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and bikes. Also included in your vacation is a parking pass to Florida State parks.
